Harkins can fire in quality free-kicks and corners. Conroy took a great penalty. Any others of note through the years?

Stewart's free kick at the dump last season is the best free kick I've seen for us.

Georgi scored a cracker at Firhill in the Scottish Cup the season we got to the final.

Ando was a great dead ball specialist for us back in the day.

Conroy... Shame the only time he really played is when he was after a contract at the end of the year.

Always remember him and Harkins working together down the left and Harkins went off to score that amazing goal. He came on at half time and made the two goals and nearly got the third himself just before full time.

Conroy was a bit of an enigma. So much ability in flashes but he could disappear for entire games.

He could disappear for a whole season, and then in the last few games play like Pele..... for next seasons contract.

I'd say Matt Lockwood was the best penalty taker I've seen, then he missed one against Morton - And his confidence was shattered. The previous penalties he took were always right in the corner, sometimes even the top corner and roof of the net... and it all culminated in his penalty against Killie in the cup. After that, no-one had confidence in himself from the spot anymore and I don't think he did either.

Lockwood was brilliant from the spot, then he missed three on the bounce and stopped taking them. The third was costly as it would have seen us knock Killie out the cup.

The Tank looked pretty tasty against Man City, I had high hopes, oh well.  :(

Actually thought he was disappointing with the dead ball. Scored a raker v Hearts but can't mind of any others plus often hit first man with corners.

Fotheringham had a fair ping on him, mind a peach v Dons.

Conroy definitely best pen taker I've seen though. Never crossed your mind he would miss

Sean Higgins scored a few too.

I think he missed one against Ayr a month before that too (in a game we won 3-1 away). I've never been so sure a player would miss a penalty when he took that one against Killie. There was a long awkward walk up from his own half and I think the fact that he'd missed two in a row was on his mind. Should have really took it off him for a wee while after the 2nd miss.
