The record for most goals scored was 9 consecutive games set way back in (Gedees time) of 1920/21.

So, is the Gillie scoring 7 in 7 true of not?

Hello Admin .........Aye man, I knew you were teasing         (And personally, I thrive on that kind of humour)

And I think I must also mention (although it is off topic) it really is good to be on a forum, that is free of feuds, personal insults and downright abuse.

It is important though to get the balance right, where diverse opinions are exchange freely, with respect and without fear, humour is encouraged, and at least in some posts, we don't have to take our views, or ourselves (or every post), too seriously. 

The New Dark Blues Forum, has the balance just right.      Good DFC Supporters.        ( From your post ....."You know ya love it here"....Aye, I do !! )

It's got a good blend so far. The best of Mad (Gedee and Ivan Drago although I disagreed with Ivan in particular a lot, no denying he's a top poster) and the best of P&B (Chomp is excellent. Wish Biggie would jump over!). I'd like to be considered hopefully somewhere in between but this forum is currently the place to be.

Hello Ludo ....... You can describe yourself as somewhwere in the middle, But I will describe you as a top man.

But before you start feeling too embarrassed, or others start thinking, a bit o' a love in clique is starting to develop, I want to offer my opinion for what it is worth (in a non-patronising way) of all the posters on here, and it seems the new posters the Dark Blues are steadily attracting.

They are all top people ........ which augurs well for our forum in the days, weeks, months, years ahead.

On a personal level, I enjoy a "busy" forum, with posters first and foremost who love our club.

I really don't want to waste my time arguing some stupid, keechy, points made by some dab on OOR forum !!

And while I am in a charitable friendly mood, there are of course some decent dabs (no that many right enough)      But bide ower there please !!

Even though all on here love the Dee, there is loads of room for extreme views on a range of issues that are raised on the forum, whether it be posts on DFC, or posts on topics, that are not football related. We do not want a bland forum with bland posts ........ I think we have the balance right.

Thanks for the warm welcome ludo. Glad to see so many old Maddies coming across. If we can just keep the more special element of that board at bay we will have a good board I think
