I see that tonight's Tele are running a story that negotiations to sign Lewis Tosney are at the preliminary stages.

 

Given his performances when he was here on loan, I think he would be a good signing.

 

He missed the whole of last season due to a knee injury so I would imagine any deal would be conditional on him passing a thorough fitness test.

 

It's an important season coming up and we can't afford to be carrying boys who are unable to play due to recurring injuries.
