Since the first time I saw Konrad play for us, I've had a nagging doubt at the back of my mind about him- like I was waiting for his weakness to become apparent. Now I wasn't at the game but watched it on the Celtic TV stream but I thought Konrad was absolutely outstanding. No doubts anymore- if he can perform like that at Parkhead he has nothing to worry about in this league.

If he has a weakness, it's that he's vulnerable in the air. Tends to get dominated by big guys up top. We're lucky that we've got McPake beside him and they create a great partnership.

It's nice to hear that other fans appreciate a good player that we have. I really rate Konrad, sensible calm and collective in his play. Would like to think we can keep hold of him for a good few years. him and Mcpake have been the best central defence partnership we have had for years.

And Celtic can keep their mits off him!!

Just read some of the comments. OMG these guys are so self-absorbed it is unbelievable. Quotes like we should have beat them by 5-0.

Apparently they are just going to TAKE Grieg Stewart in January. They Rate Konrad and Harkins was man of the match. (However, no one bothered to tell the match commentators who though Harkins was fat, lazy, slow and said the fastest he ran was to get substituted.. oh well what do we know huh lol

However, most of them were surprised by our fitness, had a laugh at our pre second half warm ups, thought we were much better than they expected, liked the fact we came there and played football and never sat back.
