Graham Harvey....what a player

Seem to remember Fergie hailing him as one of the most improved players in Scotland after he ripped McLeish and Miller a new one in a a Scottish cup tie, think we lost up at Pitodrie to a Peter Weir fluke in extra time?

Think Geddes flogged an equaliser at Dens on the Sat then we lost up there on the Wed?

GH was a massively under-rated player for us.

Very skillful and brilliant at holding onto the ball.

Top scorer in the season before Coyne and Wright arrived, after which his appearances were limited.

Right up there as one of Archie's best signings.

Love that Dundee away top. Haven't seen it in years. One of the few I never had in the 80s.

I agree that Graham Harvey was quality. What a midfield we had back in those days. We were great going forward. Not so good at defending though unfortunately.
