Confirms my fears that PH is unable to get us going against the top sides.

It's no sin to lose to Celtic but it is dissapointing to see our lack of organisation and any sort of aggression.

Celtic are a physical side and again we seem to have learned nothing from the last time we played them.

Exactly if we gonna lose at least go out fighting, this is pitiful

After those 2 quick goals only 15 minutes into the game, I suppose the end result wasn't in much doubt.

However, I've never been able to understand why we so often seem to fall apart against Celtic, even when we have a decent side. It's been happening since the late 1960's, where it appeared to be cup semis we couldn't handle. We've had the occasional great win at Celtic Park, but I think we'd all struggle to remember more than a handful.

The "extremes", of course, would be the 5-1 win at Dens, and that absolutely humbling 8-1 hiding the Lisbon Lions handed out at Dens around 1970.

At least Calder & Healey are getting a bit of time, though they perhaps won't be seeing much of the ball..!!

Not a booking after 70 minutes, 65%-35% possession, 22-5 in shots....doesn't sound like much of a "scrap". :ph34r:

The "positive" from this?.....I guess we'll be getting a few more minutes on Sportscene tonight   :chin:

Poor initial team choice. Low shouldn't have played in midfield. Thomson seemed to be absent. Harkins? PH should have started with a midfield of Calder, Stewart, Thomson and Harkins/Ross. Loy and Hemmings up front. We didn't even score!

Sorry Paul,

but if ye put oot a side that,s gonna sit back against celtic,this is whit ye get!

We bring on Calder an Loy when the gemmes a,ready gone.

kin we no start havin a go when its nil nil,an then if its no workin go more defensive.

Abody kens celtic,s defence is suspect, an we start wi one forward.

When oh when are we gonna learn?

Looks like we are a team that sometimes gets results against teams at the same level as ourselves, anything else is beyond our capabilities.

Big problems at the moment:-

* Cant perform for 90 minutes.

* Stupid formation without width.

* Powderpuff midfield, won't tackle and don't support the forwards.

* Useless fullbacks.

* Hopeless center halfs.

* Manager can't motivate the players.

The truth unfortunately - add lack of ambition to both manager and players - lose with dignity not humiliation and think " why did we not have a real go"?
