Considering going to Development League game at Dingwall on Tuesday (KO 1.00). Megabus arrives in Inverness at 12.00 (hopefully) and local bus leaves for Dingwall at 12.05.

It's a bit tight so I wondered if any Dees in the area might be able to offer me a lift from Inverness. Should be ok for return journey as timing not so crucial.

Thanks, Heilandee. Last time I went to Inverness for a youth game a Caley Thistle supporter gave me a lift back into town to catch my bus. Hoping a fellow Dee can do the honours this time.

Eddie Johnson offered me a seat on the club MINIbus, but don't think I could handle 6-7 hours on a minibus return trip. Anyway, thinking of taking in the ICT-St Mirren replay then coming back the next day.

It's nothing to do with being dedicated or stupid, more to do with being retired and bored.  :)

Den Spark.

As you could be tight for time I suggest that you ask the driver of the Megabus to radio ahead and ask

the driver of the local bus to Dingwall to wait a few minutes to allow you to make your connecting

journey.

With the average speed cameras in operation on the A9 between Dunblane and Inverness Megabus journeys may

may take a bit longer than timetabled.

The winter timetables for Citylink started on 6th October 2014 and the average speed cameras came into operation two weeks later.

I do not think that the Citylink buses can travel between Perth and Inverness in 2hrs 20 mins whilst keeping to an average speed of

60mph especially from a standing start.

Den Spark.

Why do not take up Eddie Johnson's kind offer and get a lift in the club minibus from Dundee to Dingwall.

They can drop you off in Inverness after the game and you can get your own way home to Dundee the

following day.

Was thinking of going to the development game too. Will be jumping on the bus and hope not to be the only dee in attendance. Im assuming that the Highland footy academy is just Countys stadium as a search on google for it was useless.

Any idea when we will find out if the game is still on for 1pm tomorrow and what the price may be?
