I agree with barkblue's post re the ref. Not all the ref's will deal with each situation the same I agree but we're not talking about all the ref's,only one and what he was very clearly doing with KT yesterday.

I suggest you read his or her posts again, he/she said it was the basics of the job which it's not. Your actually agreeing with me Rev. The ref handled the Thomson situation well yesterday it was good refereeing.

A slack pass to Julen. So what, it happens. KT is a class player but I agreed with PH's decision to replace him with Harkins. Apart from him being on a yellow we didn't need a holding midfielder against a short-handed team. Harkins more capable of pushing on for the equaliser/winner.

Think his tantrum was more to do with frustration at himself and the team for being 3-1 down at HT rather than being taken off. But agreed there was no need for his spat with Julen when it was his own fault. I think he's probably woke up this morning and realised Hartley was right to take him off and regrets his spat on the sideline.

Yes, very lucky. Ref was pretty understanding to warn him. And McIntyre was right when he said his boy got sent off for fewer fouls than KT. Not that every foul merits a yellow, but that's another debate.

Pen was soft but we should have two others.
