"the Home Game Advantage" (A Goal Start)......... Really ?

This threed is no jist aboot DFC, although it is relevant, naturally fir us.

There wis a time ..... away back in  Dark (blue) Days, when the thousands o' supporters  came streaming intae Dens in their thoosands.

Loud, shouty, singing, awe roond the ground. The sight o' them. Noise fae them,. The team certainly kent they wir there. The 12th Man !

This is no an attack on awe those decent loyal DFC supporters, attending every home game, but find little tae sing, cheer, shout about.

It's no much mair than a passing observation. Crowds we get now, are no much bigger, than eh used tae see at reserve games lang ago.

There is maybe good reasons why the fitba crowds are so much smaller now and happy to see this discussed here. And how we improve.

Looking at Dens, wi' awe it's great history and tradition (and even the family memories) makes it good sense tae see the only future here.

But even fae awe the changes fae the big open terracing o' meh days to the now more compact look, it still looks like a near empty place.

Moving to a smaller custom built stadium (eh we have nae money) might suit the smaller attendances. But whit aboot their blandness?

A Big Empty Spaced Dens, or a  New Custom Built Stadium, (devoid of atmosphere) Is either scenario giving a home team advantage?

I am no particularly bothered, whether responses (if any) take into consideration... Dens or No Dens, Smaller Crowds, Too High Prices ?

Or even anything else (I suppose I am just passing away a quiet Sunday Morning) So dinnae worry at awe if you go off topic if you post.

(You can even express your views on your disappointment on the promised, delicious, pehs, in the new catering) :)
