That's a difficult question with the best probably what we've went with. The centrehalfs other than Russell Martin are brutal so I'd have to give a few a run out in friendlies.

We seem to pick players who are finished or nearly finished and we don't plan ahead. Germany constantly picked the same boys for a few years till they gelled and were rewarded. Why can't we play ahead.
