Ross County V Aberdeen

Recommended Posts

Just noticed they're playing tonight. Interesting game for a couple of reasons. Aberdeen have lost their last three game after seven wins on the bounce. Can't see us overtaking them but if they go into full meltdown they could end up mid-table. Plus Celtic having the league sewn up by Christmas will not be great for our league. Also, County's result could potentially affect our league placing tomorrow night.

Goalless so far.

Not surpised Cobra, County are THE form team right now, and have been on a hell of a run since the spring when they won a ridiculous amount of games to avoid the drop.

Kicking myself as was going to put money on them for top 6 at the start of the season, odds were pretty decent too if i mind right.

Think your right, McInnes seems to be a bit rattled. fee

Would be a big win tomorrow if we can get it Boba. Can see hearts beating united but will be closer than some may expect as think Hearts have lost their way also. This season looks like its a total free for all, great chance for someone to take 3rd or even 2nd place with almost every team capable of doing it, bar Killie, partick, motherwell and them lot IMO.

Accies are a small club but tomorrow is a big challenge. Only the Tims and Sheep have won there since January.

Will our players have the mental strength to deal with the cloggers on the astroturf and the intimidating Brogan in Section A? Make no mistake, Saturday afternoon will make or break us.

Best Aberdeen team since Fergie dry humped in Dingwall. so who's going to finish second place this season? Will the sheep get their act together? Ross County? The fermers? ICT? Could the mighty Dee seriously finish top two? Ok probably not, but somebody has to.

Watching the streamed game last night, I was hoping Ross County would drop points ....given DFC even more incentive to pick up the points today.

Of course as it happened,  County deservedly (imo) picked up the full points. Thought overall they were skilled, energetic and focussed on winning.

Now thinking, this is a good result for DFC !! Showing what can be achieved by a "small team" against the might of Aberdeen with their big crowds.

I know RC, like ICT, Hamilton, and St Johnstone, although poorly attended clubs, have the benefit of other income......but still, credit where it is due.

Each of the clubs mentioned above (imo) more than hold their own. DFC, should feel confident against any club. If these clubs like RC last night, can

do the business against Aberdeen, there is no reason at all why we should at least feel the same way. Not being critical at all. In fact feeling positive.
