Another comedy double act. Dallas and the stand side linesman. Why oh why do we get repeatedly bad officials who 'appear' to take great delight in holding centre stage and being controversial? Can't remember the last time I left Dens and said the ref had a no bad day or was anonymous.

Take nothing away from our dreadful first hour of play though.

I never really noticed the ref today so have to assume he got most decision right.

The shocking challenges were met with yellows for both teams and you'll always get the odd throw or corner / goal kick going the wrong way.

On another note it was good to see Killie being physical without resorting to kicking lumps out of everything in dark blue.

According to the BBC, we committed 6 fouls and had 4 bookings.  If correct that's some going.  Like we don't commit many fouls but when we do we go for it..  One of these fouls must have been Meggatt's hand ball, so we only committed 5 fouls in 90 minutes?

Having witnessed it, I can believe that.

Swithered whether to go 'average' but went 'poor' mainly because of one of my personal bugbears, fairly early on a Killie player was taking a throw in and Dallas was telling him to move further back, the player ignored him and Dallas just ignored it and let him. It would have p*ssed me off if it was a Dee too.

We committed the fewest number of fouls of any SPL team today, 6, yet collected the highest number of yellow cards, 4. Must be a record surely.
