He definitely appears to have lost a lot of support, but I still don't think that will prompt any board action.

I'd hope, though, that it might prompt him to act.....reconsider.....and change.

Another aspect not yet discussed here.....does he have the right support team?.....are they debating/arguing with him, or are they just nodding in agreement? I don't know, or suggest either.....but it is another aspect that may be influential.

We also need to remember that it often takes a few seasons to put significant changes into practice.....and our club has been in a very weakened state for a decade. If PH keeps us clear of the 11th/12th places, he may still end up making the club stronger. If we end up in 11th & fighting to get out of it, this will continue to spill over into the support.

The Board may need to back him with some funds to strengthen in January.....if not, then they're just praying for a turnaround, like us. No necessarily a good strategy.

Agree with Abdul, he lost the support a few weeks ago, he should just do the honest thing and do an Iain Murray and walk, he does have previous
doing this sort of thing, fingers crossed.

So because 20 or 30 boys on here want him punted, you state he has lost the support.

I think shoogly peg.

Lose next week and that peg hits the floor though.

We and he can turn it round, but we're heading quickly towards now or never time.

I don't care the personnel in the 11 next week, but if it indicates the same formation, then the crowd will give the 11 and the manager no time to get it right - and Hamilton will know that.
