I'd rather we went for someone that wasn't so much of a risk. Austin hasn't been tested at a higher level.

If our form doesn't pick up this month I think we should try and get a new face or two in for the derby to freshen things up.

A right-sided midfielder and commanding defender would be very welcome.

A move for Austin looks interesting but he has just signed a two-year deal and up front is the one area that isn't letting us down at the moment.

Agreed.  I think the boy is a striker/forward as well isn't he.  Surely that isn't a priority?

Maybe it will end up like last season, with PH identifying 2 or 3 targets early on.

Agree with most if not all of that wattie. If we could get a right sided midfielder in (or try Kerr) then I think we would be much more balanced and able to play a natural 442

No.  If we do go for him, it will be 'one for the future' as they say.  We need players that can come in and do a job straight away.  Haven't got a Scooby who they are tbh.

Dont think there will be to many changes in Jan tbh

Prob just Meggat put out on loan and Gadz let go by mutual consent

Players in will prob be a loan like  a forgetable type player , Morgan , Healy type

If we can start picking up points then i wouldnt bother with any dealings in Jan as id look for a bigger improvment in Summer

Obv in an ideal world id love a solid centre half , a hard centre mid , a box to box mid , 2 wingers and we`re sorted
