Great result but I hope everyone noticed me the difference when Thompson went off.

You don't notice him that much but no surprise we lost it a bit when the Dross came on.

Same old things- can't win a ball in the air, pushed aside, can't tackle but very good at passing sideways and back.

P.s. - can't take a man on or beat one- no pace.

Thought him and Low were on a par but Low surprised me today.

He did his usual NOTHING, when he came on, every point you said Bobby123, was spot on, just NOT, a Premier Division player in ANY way, 3 year deal, why o why.

Agree with Ivan. The guy has the ability to make clever passes into the box like Harkins. Tearing him apart because the manager's playing him in the wrong position seems a bit harsh.

Agree with Ivan and Cobra.  Ross was asked to do a job today that is not his best position.  Played in his best role , in a formation that suits him and he could be very good.

We desperately need someone who can do the Thomson role - to play alongside Thomson and also to take on the mantle when he isn't there.

He's just not very good.either as a defensive midfielder or an attacking one.have a look at his goalscoring record in his career that should put to bed any thoughts that he can be a better player playing further up the park.boys trying to make excuses for him being in the "wrong position" imo

No but he does put a lot of good balls through for the front players. Re-watch the goals at the start of the season, when he was more advanced and you'll find he was involved in quite a few.

That said, some folk would just rather have a dig.

Excellent points, Dusan, 11 goals in 160 games, NONE for Dundee, yeah, a really good attacking midfielder, "this wrong position" is just a myth,

he just hasn't got it, every man and his dog sees it every time he's on the pitch.
