Will  they ever play together again?

I'm a big Loy fan, and Hemmings is lethal right now, but neither should be played anywhere but through the middle, and definitely not on the wings. Suppose we could go with a two-pronged attack.

Good post two good players but with Stewart and Harkins I think only one can play. Either of the two can play there though so good competition.

I'm a fan of both, but it seems its going to be either/or and after putting 3 in yesterday its going to be Hemmings at the moment. Maybe in the cup games against 'weaker' opposition (like Dunfs   ) we could play them both up top but I'm not sure it would be worth the risk of changing a working formation.

At this time anyway, I'm no' sure if there is a conclusive answer to that.

Yesterday, the team balance was perfect.  But Loy (imo) is special too.

Shouldnt start with two. Should always have an option. We always play our strongest hand and when it doesn't work we are stumped.

Is it possible to overthink plans, systems, tactics ? I think it definitely can be at times.

Keeping it simple, seems the way to do the job. But I can see why it might be better to

have an alternative plan, if things dinnae work oot. But PH no' overcomplicate things

I remember last season Loy playing a few games for Falkirk out wide left. Obviously a different story in this league but I'd imagine that he could get away with it if Stewart was out.

Hemmings + Loy + Stewart + Harkins is totally pointless though as it forces Harkins deep where he is ineffective and it means we can't win possession at all when teams notice this and just push up really high. All good having talented attackers but they need to get the ball in danger areas.

Yesterday means that Ross County will have a lot of thinking to do and be cautious of pressing us too high as we've got two ways to play the game now.
