I liked the look of him, really did. And Arbroath fans thought he was the best thing since sliced bread until his second stint there where he was nowhere near as good (These things happen in loan spells) but at 21 (Well, at the start of next month anyways) he really needed to make an impact on the squad but he still had the frame of a young laddie and we've got (From what I've seen of the U20s) better players that aren't blessed with the physical side of the game.

I thought he'd get another chance before the season was up, but not too shocked to see him go. Could honestly see the same happening with Kerr and a few others as there's a few getting to the 'need to play now' stage who just aren't quite ready.

Thought he was decent against Palace, had pace and liked to run at defenders. If he's away surely we will have someone lined up? That only leaves Josh Skelly as back up.

Unfortunately with Hartley refusing to play youngsters that's the way it will be.not for me to say if it's right or wrong he doesn't as that's down to him.but if young lads know they won't get a chance they won't hang about.one thing the dabs have had in their favour is they have always given youth a chance.even now in their darkest hour I think they are sticking by some.and it's one way they have made a fortune. granted most of them have been hyped up but they have still made the cash

Posted on here a while ago that I was talking to an ex-coach who'd watched Dylan and apparently the word was that he wasn't the player Dundee thought he was going to be.
