How many of Ross County's last 35 home games have been draws? Answer is 0. Their home record is W16 D0 L19 so we'll more than likely either beat them or we'll lose. Recent history suggests we'll lose but if the fermers can go there and win, we have to believe we can pick up three points.

We haven't turned up in our four games v Celtic since last November. I'm not massively optimistic that's going to change.

United are very beatable but also very dangerous. This offers a great opportunity for them to turn things around. I think if we rise to the occasion we'll have too much quality for them.

I predict defeat, defeat, win, which I think would be acceptable. Start 2016 by humping the dabs and we'll be set up nicely for a good year.

Ross County away Boxing Day

Celtic home 30th

United home the 2nd Jan

I'd say we should be gaining at least 4 points from these games, quietly optimisitic we could sneak 6, thoughts? Also do we keep Thomson for the Derby or just play him when fit?

I'm a one game at a time man.

But if you are forcing my hand,

That's an easy NINE points :lol2:

Thomson is fit, I'd play him :)

I for one will be very disappointed if we get nothing at County- surely it's not beyond us to get a point?

They haven't drawn at home in their last 35 games. You either produce a brilliant away performance and take all three points or they'll beat you.

Hearts beat them there during their flying start to the season. ICT won there in the derby. Celtic won there, and St Johnstone won there (which was their seventh successive away victory). County have won all their other seven home games, including a comfortable win over Aberdeen.

Clearly we're going to have to produce something special to get a result at the weekend.

Not trying to be an ar** but surely these are the games where we should/must be looking to pick up something if we aspire to better than we have now?

I think it's just going by past experiences. We don't get a result in the Highlands very often regardless how good, bad or indifferent we've been. Time for a change tho!
