Internal Fines.

Recommended Posts

It is being suggested by an SNP MP, that the 12 spl teams hand over all internal fines to the charity Outreach,

Are these clowns really that far out of touch, do they not know the plight of our clubs in regards finance, it's these same clowns that are stifling our clubs incomes by not lifting the alcohol ban, yet they want them to subsidise a charity which they themselves should be paying for.

I think the SNP would be better off putting their energy into getting rid of our ridiculous alcohol ban.

Couldn't care less about the alcohol ban.

However why, with all that does need looked at and improved in the country our elected representatives have time to even think about stuff like this I don't know.

Politics...costs nothing to make such a statement and it's the time of year when charities are more in mind than other times so easy point scoring.

I think it's an insult to every football fan in Scotland that the SNP thinks we can't be trusted to have a pint without causing trouble, when the rest of Britain (and Europe) can have a drink at the game. Even rugby fans in Scotland can.

I bought a litre jug of beer at the Hertha Berlin game on Sunday.  Even got 2 euros for handing my jug back, free train travel to and from the game. Was the same at the Hamburg game on Saturday - paid 30 euros total for tickets for both games. The fan experience in Germany is a different world from the nonsense we suffer.

Liverpool fans caused the deaths of 39 people at Heysel but they're free to enjoy a drink at the game this weekend. Dundee fans though are banned from having a drink because Old Firm fans rioted after being allowed to take carry-outs into the cup final 35 years ago. It's a joke. Even David Cameron agrees and he's not exactly one to champion people's freedoms.
