I don't remember where or when I read the following, but I remember reading this not long after he arrived at Dens.

It was not a particularly long comment. but it was his personal reference regarding how badly a defeat in a game

affected him. I know  (or hope)  all managers would be affected by losing games. However, for me anyway, it came

over, really genuine & heartfelt. It could take him days, before he felt he was over it. And that's when I took to him.
