The Lightweights -Week 13

Both started today and the result was never in doubt-the fact we went ahead twice counts for nothing with them in the team.

Think back to last week as soon as Thompson went off and Ross came on the game changed.Starting with him and his equally crap minnow,Low meant there would only be one winner.

As I have posted before we will never win another game when they both start.

Wonder what odds I would get on that- probably odds on they are so lightweight.

Got to say I think you are a bit harsh on Low. If anything he has performed better than McGowan recently and definitely today.

Centre halves were very poor today and gave away the goals.

Nicky Low would be lucky to get a game for a local junior team. Offers absolute nothing for us. A 3 year deal to boot. What the hell was Hartley thinking about. Another poor decision from the manager.

Both Low and Ross are decent players being asked to play out of position. It's unfair to judge them when PH is the one has F3cked up and who is trying to force square pegs into round holes. Both players have performed well when played in their best positions.

I used to be a fan but I'm fed up of him and his signings. Amongst his vast number of signings only one outfield player has been a success. I'm sure if could somehow turn the clock back and have a second chance he wouldn't sign any of them. The trouble is his stubbornness wouldn't alow it. He has no time for Irvine but has even less faith in McGann and Holt. Low and Ross should be nowhere near our first team. Where do I stop.

They may yet come good. But in their case, it is their 3 year contract that is worrying me,Low is showing some signs.

I dinnae mind wee nippy guys on the wings. But I prefer to see  big guys, wi a bit beef on them, in mid defensive roles.
