I did it, its quite long and I thought largely irrelevant. Whe I'm keen on more fan involvement, I'm completely against government being used for funding fan buy outs (one of the directions this was going) and I thought it was jusg more pandering to the football cheap seats (not that there are many cheap ones any more).
