Wouldn't have any issues with this tbh think Cammy Kerr would be very capable of doing a job as would Gary Irvine would try to hold out for 150k-175k with some add ons tho

Think Wigan bid similar (although a bit more I think) for Billy McKay when he was up north in a similar contract situation, we may as well take it.

Will be interesting to see where this has come from the night before our biggest game of the season so far.

My view - a bit short sighted to accept a bid that low. He's been our most consistent player this season.

If we can put a midfield infront of him that can defend he'll get the chance to shine even more and he'll be worth a whole lot more in the future if he signed another deal with us.

If he doesn't sign - he still has a big part to play in making sure we stay out of trouble in the second half of the season.

Ensuring we have our best players on the park in the second half of the season is worth infinitely more to us than £100k.
