Rangers looking like getting another 2 in on PCA's from Accrington Stanley, development fee's due though. That'll be 4 new players in this window 2 frees & 2 development fee's. Cant see them paying anything like the money we'd want for Stewart so unless he signs a PCA then asks away I cant see him going there in this window as has been rumoured.
