It was a midweek game and freezing, only 73 St Mirren fans. Only about 1000 less than normal for Inverness. They are getting the Main but have had the Shankly before

I assume PH was there....we have been lucky with scouting opportunities in midweek /Friday games this year...had none ourselves so allowed PH few chances to do his homework.

This must one of the poorest ever attendances for a Scottish Cup tie between two top division clubs which was not televised live on tv.

May be the lowest for the Scottish cup for two top division sides, but not the lowest for two top division teams in a league fixture.

The honour will always lie with Clyebank v DUNDEE UNITED back in 1977. A crowd of 350 turned up to was this exciting game.
