Since DFC don't advise our season ticket holders of their partner offers here is the latest for the DIA. Still waiting on the club advising us of half price tickets for the DCA despite requests via phone; email and in person at the club. Poor communication from the club, again.

Genuine Question ...... Although I am not a Season Ticket Holder and do not go to Ice Hockey Games,

Why is it Double Blue (or anyone) DFC are so poor at communicating with their customers/supporters ?

Regular communication, at the very least, must surely help the CLUB maintain it's customer /fan core.

& if done in a friendly, informative, professional manner, eventually may even increase supporter numbers

When it comes to issues as above, which is publicity (money) for both clubs, it should not be left to you.

Gedee, you would have to ask the Commercial Dept at Dens why they can't get the basics right.

Thanks for your response Double Blue. Although it is something that does not directly affect me,

I have raised the subject of PR & general DFC communication many times in the past on here.

It just seems to me, that as well as the frustration this can cause at times, I would have thought

that keeeping the customer "sweet" and informed, was integral part of good business practice. :)
