Don't know if he's better but he definitely wants it more. Future DFC captain IMO, if given the chance.

That's the key word. He's a "defender". As has been shown all season, Holt and McGinn are not good defenders. As was shown first goal last week they both watched the boy nod it in.

McGinn looked decent defensively against the DAB's and probably no coincidence that Cammy played in front of him. When Stewart plays, good player that he is, McGinn gets little or no help defensively.

I'm not going to go overboard with criticism on him as the whole back 4 were poor tonight other than Kerr when he was on but we concede as many unchallenged no one near it crosses from McGinn's side than we do from Holts. Also bare in mind that the DABs are the worst team in the league by a distance.

The bottom line for me is we have great attacking players in Hemmings, Stewart (not tonight obviously), Harkins and Loy but they are having to score 2 to 4 a game to get anything because the defence is so poor. 3 clean sheets all season last time i checked and i don't think we've had any since. Will keep us between 6th and 10th or 11th whereas with a better defence we'd be challenging for 4th to 6th.

We've signed a striker though?
