Hearing from some of my Sevco supporting friends here in Glasgow that Templeton is very unhappy at the moment and is looking for either Sally to be sacked or for a loan move in January.......could Hartley use his Jambos ties to persuade him to come to Dens ?

The boy can certainly play and Hartley could maybe get him back to near his best

He was doing brilliant at Hearts, and took the easy option to go down to the bottom league with Rangers.

Not much sympathy for him. Don't think he'd interest Hartley.

Nah they signed him in the summer from Raith. He kept on throwing tantrums and being a general ar** so Raith withdrew their new contract offer.

Definitely got something and I think he's the sort of guy that'd do ok if he was training at a higher level.

Only 12 in 37 and 15 in 41 the year before that.

Already got 11 in 17 with Alloa this season. Barry seems to have done well to bring him and Liam Buchanan (29 year old forward who's been a bit of a journeyman and played with Dunfermline and Partick Thistle) in to grab some goals.

Not sure about Templeton but as a winger I like the look of Paul McGinns brother at St Mirren.  Worth a look especially if they go down.

John McGinn is a fantastic player, but there'd be competition to sign him I'd imagine. The DABs, Sheep and a few teams down south would be in for him I'd think

I would be surprised to see him stay in Scotland and very surprised to see him at Dundee or United. St Mirren are looking for money. Saying that though, I would have said the same about McGowan and look where he's ended up.

Daryll Meggatt. Always looked solid whenever I've seen him. Surprised to see that he's just turned 24 as I thought he was a good bit older.

Think McGowan was released as he had a poor season after previously being good. That combined with his off-field issues too
