To be fair, the SFL (as-was) managed to screw up a semi-final draw a few seasons ago. And that was with numbered balls.

I don't understand why no one spotted it long before the draw was supposed to be taken, it was quite evident that that the slip of paper wasn't in the ball before the draw was taken.
