Half-time 1-0. Impressive scoreline so far against a more experienced Hamilton side that includes player-manager Martin Canning, Congolese midfielder Christopher Mandiangu and French striker Oumar Diaby.

Interesting that there is no Kerr or Wighton at all. Wonder if there is some sort of role planned for them on Friday.

Thought Meggatt would be back by now but still no sign of him.

Full-time 2-0. A good win for the young Dees sees them move up to tenth and level on points with Rangers who are seventh. Quite a turnaround as we were bottom not that long ago.

I did notice as well that neither Kerr or Wighton were in the line. Like to think PH is

giving a clear message to both young lads that he sees them very near the stage of

being first team material (regular, but not quite there yet) Specifically happy to see CW

at Dens again. Think there was real question as to what benefit/progress while at Raith.

The boys were magnificent last night, probably their best display of the season. Harried Accies from the start. Priest and Waddell good as always but well supported by the full backs, Gallacher and Warwick. Andy Black was like the Duracell bunny last night and his tenacity created the mistake for the first goal by Gemmell.

What a piece of anticipation from Gemmell, running from the halfway line to close down the Accies options. Curran again showing his class and Colquhoun doing a power of work.
