Was saying to my mate last night that Hemmings sharpness in and around the box is really first class.

Last seasons first game v Killie Sammy was spelling the ball regularly into the 6 yard box and no one was punishing it. Brilliant to see a poacher in there now.

Hemmings hold up play was also excellent last night.

Quietly confident about the rest of the season

Kane's movement and anticipation to score the first is really impressive. He's one step ahead of the defender when the chance comes.

The power in the second shot is unreal. The harder you hit the a ball the more difficult it is to be accurate but Kane has the ability and confidence to put his laces through it and give the keeper no chance. Great to see.

He's got great composure and awareness ........  What a capture/find he has been !!

I think we all have had a dig at PH off & on (maybe justifiably) in the last few months.

He might well well be stubborn git at times   (or maybe he kens better than us)

But he does keep on proving he has an eye for the undiscovered potential of a player.

The spotlight sems to be off Stewart at the moment. Guess Hemmings is next target.

If all-round improvement continues, I hope we can hang onto PH and quality players

Mate was well impressed with how he held the ball up showed great strength, held saints defenders off like school boys

His hold up play is absolutely top class, he rarely ever misplaces a pass either, always chooses the right option.

Can shoot with either foot, or he isn't scared to hit it with his right.. Fantastic to watch all round. Natural goal scorer.

Loved the way he hit the second ane, nae nonsense laces through it BOOM
