Between parkhead on Wednesday and ibrox on Saturday?

Cup? League?

Does it really matter? If the Dee are playing I'll be there so everyone if ya's are worried about missing ibrox why don't ya join us at parkhead?

Thought so!!!!!!

Away the Dee!!!!!!

Some don't have the time or money to attend either never mind both.

One is a league game, the other a cup game. Not the same.

One is a game we'd be disappointed to lose, the other we'd be surprised not to.

Etc. Etc.

Parkhead is a much bigger challenge.

Celtic seem to like playing us and United these days. They hosted one of the Dundee teams five times in 2015. The combined score was 23-0.

The stats make grim reading but on the plus side things can surely only get better in 2016.

Cup away games have always throughout history been massively better attended than run of the mill away league games and that goes for every team in the country in Scotland and England. Has always been the case.

Then add on the factor that Parkhead is the dearest ground in the country with one of the worst views and our record there is terrible. Seen us take 5 and 6 there many a time in the league.

Scottish cup 3rd round January 2009, Celtic v Dundee at Parkhead. We took around 1800 through that day as a struggling first division club.

What will we take on Wednesday night, about 400 to 600?

Tells you all you need to know about the difference between Scottish cup away supports and league away supports.

Can't see us taking anything near 400 on Wednesday tbh. I reckon 200 absolute tops. We had about 150 at the 5-0 Friday night game towards the end of last season.

We had to cancel our big bus for Parkhead and take a 16 seater minibus for Wednesday and we filled 2 x 51 seaters for Ibrox within 2 hours.

Think his point is people moan they can't get to games but most don't follow the team away normally.

500 at Patrick, 900 at Hamilton... Etc.

Not everyone can prioritise football away days though

Maybe a family want to go but they can't afford to go to every away game. They should still have the chance to go

I used to attend a lot of away games but i have more bills, responsibilities, and kids now so i can't go to as many as before

Maybe some of the regulars maybe in the same boat in a few years time, maybe not

Silly opening post if you ask me

Any spare tickets? :)

Have you any idea if the figure of 450 of our Ibrox allocation taken by DSA clubs is accurate? (someone posted that on here yesterday). Would mean 1550 tickets left on sale between tomorrow night and Sunday morning.

If you boys are taking 102 alone from one club then 450 seems quite low to me but maybe not?
