Its not the best is it.

Always have to stand in Queue's at the turnstiles.. hearing people being turned away for bringing cash to pay in. 'Go buy a ticket in the shop first' they are told. Why are we turning away cash payers when there are loads of empty seats in the middle section of the Derry? Shocking

Continuous asking to see season tickets when walking up stairs, top of stairs, walk around the entrance to the stand, asked again at the top of the stand, asked again half way down the stand.

Whats this all about??

Tannoy - the music that gets played out is p*sh. Most of it came out years ago and is almost an embarrassment. As for the actually tannoy in the Derry I still can hardly hear what the boy is saying.

No half time entertainment, no half time scores normally (yesterday is the first time they have read out any league other than SPL for weeks i think) and even then you ant actually hear it because the guy is mumbling.

We charge what? around £25 for this...! (without a season ticket) No value for money at all

I'm a season ticket holder in the Derry and went to the game yesterday with two mates that are not.

We arrived at the Derry at approx ten to three to be told my two mates money wasn't good enough and they couldn't pay to get in. We walked round to the Coxy to be told exactly the same. Third time lucky we thought as we walked to the main stand to be told they could pay to get in but I couldn't get in with my season. At this point my two mates were getting extremely annoyed and wanted to go to the pub instead. With my persuasion as I didn't want to miss the game we went round to the Shankly where we eventually got in at ten past three. It was freezing in there with approx a hundred other Dees and there was zero atmosphere. I don't think my mates will be back. If I Didn't love the club I would tell them where to stick their season ticket. We could understand if it was a big game but against ICT it beggars belief. This is no way to treat your customers and they wonder why crowds in Scotland are dwindling.

We all are going to complain to the club but on past history we will not hold our breaths for a reply

Spot on bainssleeve. The way that supporters who are customers are treated at Dens is nothing short of shocking

It really is a joke to be honest...

1. Why did we open up shankly to home fans?

2.why put ict in corner of stand ..

3 And finally why oh why cant fans pay into areas of the grounds????

Scottish football is on its knees yet we as a club are still trying to make it hard for our fans to come and watch

From the start of the season it was made very clear on numerous occasions that the Derry and Coxy have no cash gates. Why did you not just go to the club shop and but a ticket like everyone else has to? Should they make an exception for you turning up at ten to 3?

No need for either stand to be all ticket. Ridiculous and does nothing to help attract more walk up supporters.

We probably opened up the Shankly because we've made such a shambles of the ticket/PATG situation in the other stands!
