I'm glad we tried the appeal.

Myself, quite a few other posters and pundits didn't think it was a red so it was definitely debatable on peoples opinion rather than clear cut 100 percent cut and dry.

A grand wont break the bank either. Less than a weeks wage for Arturo roughly who can't get near the pitch?

Bain will be a big miss v County but at least Mitchell has proven he is comfortable at this level going on the derby.

Really glad that the rule is being changed for next season.

We have basically been punished 3 times for one mistake/offence.

Penalty against. (scored)

Rest of the game with 10 men.

Next game with first choice goalkeeper suspended.

The whole system needs correcting.

I'm massively in favour of sin binning like in rugby.

Think they should look at infringements in the box. An attacking player has nothing to lose, a defender, as mentioned above is punished 3 times. Their current CF brute punched the ball towards the goal and gets a yellow card. It means nothing to us or to his club. If he'd been cleverer and ref missed it it might even have been a goal.
