McGowan has been immense since Christmas. Could make a good case for him being MOTM most games in that spell but tonight he was absolutely everywhere. Won the ball well and showed great composure when he had it. Him and Ross are really starting to form a formidable partnership in there. Whole team were excellent though.

Confused by the thread title....

Swithered over "whole team", and can see why Gowser (and Ross) are being singled out. However I went for Julen. I give him a hard time on here but tonight his reading of the game was excellent, he put his body on the line over and over and won his fair share in the air.

He seems much more comfortable against a team with good movement and pace than he does against physical frontmen like at the weekend.
