Fishul says things are so busy they are struggling to cope with ticket demand - surely minus season tickets the system and people can deal with a full house if that is the case???

The system is not very user friendly.

It took me about 30 minutes yesterday to buy 2 tickets.

I must have spent about 2 hours on Friday morning trying to buy tickets. Eventually got to the final step twice to confirm the booking and I then got a blank page and then the timer ran out and had to start again.

Very frustrating. First time I have used it, probably the last time given that experience.

Hope club read this -  buying tickets should be as easy as poss for customers!

I tried to get tickets on friday for the derry, got through ok but wasnt able to pick my usual seat, which i can do when i go in person and didnt want to sit on my own.I intended to go saturday but couldnt make am now in the BC , apart from not being able to pick my seat i thought it was easy enough.

I gave up on the online system, it just seems daunting. I rock it old school and ring up to book tickets if I need them. Probably a pain for the guys in the ticket office but I find it less frustrating than the alternative.

Got mine no problem was pretty easy to do like.

I had trouble getting mine. Was about to give up and go to the shop before I was shown what I was doing wrong. I'm usually not too bad on online sites etc but this one is far from user friendly IMO which can only be a bad thing surely.

Used it for the first time for getting my derby ticket  - probably the worst 'buying experience' I've had online in a good while.

Like the previous poster, I was close to giving up but got there in the end.

I managed to navigate it but agree that it isn't user friendly - an overhaul is required.

Easy access to tickets is crucial to get punters in, especially as there are Dees around the globe who will use it for returning back to Dens. I will only use it again because I know how to wing it through the system, can imagine it would put plenty off though

The online ticket *service* has been appaling from day one.

Why do we manage to screw up the online side of business so well?
