It's been reported that Justine never officially advised her fellow Directors of her resignation, she used Twitter instead.

Now in my book it's a lack of simple courtesy and manners to behave this way, especially when the Chairman just happens to be your brother, surely any normal,person would just pick up the phone and confirm later in print.

Things must be very strained within the family and the boardroom for a fall out of this magnitude to happen.
