Up there as one of the most impressive things on show yesterday. Belted out instructions for the full 90 minutes yesterday. Fair play to the man considering some think he doesn't seem to care. Top performance from the boss as well imo.

surely that should be expected from most managers at this level, its going a bit ott when one of the most impresive things of an away win is the manager shouting instructions !!

Very strange post.  I don't sit near the dug out at Dens so can't hear what goes on.  I can't remember that last time I sat near the dug out at an away match to hear this.  No man love for any football professional from me but sounds like you may have an axe to grind about PH and can't realistically express it this week. :lol2:

My mate and I noticed the same thing yesterday (we sit in the Derry and don't see this normally) and commented on what he was shouting. Loved McGowan's thumbs up to PH after it was 'pointed out' he wasn't picking up a free Partick player.

PH and the players deserve praise / credit for yesterday given the importance of the win and the threadbare squad available.

Where do you get axe to grind from, very happy with PH, credit where it's due, hasn't always got it right this season, but I see us progressing, you are clearly looking to pile some praise on him, but are clutching at straws.

To be honest, I've always thought he was a 'hands on' manager, where he plays the game from the sideline.

I can imagine he is heavily involved with drills etc during training.

For the way we play, we need intensity and he demands it from the sideline. You can see he regularly gets players to press the opposition, especially when it's next to his technical area.
