Young lad on loan from celtic to alloa didnt clap rangers in the guard of honour just wondering what everyones views are on this?

Personally dont see a problem with it yes its disrespectful but end of the day IF hes a celtic fan never in a million years would he clap rnagers and show them respect, wouldnt do it myself if i had to clap the dabs

Well within his rights to do so, the entire hibs team refused to do it aswell, tbh think the whole guard of honour thing is a bit gash and a waste of time

He should have been participating like everybody else. No excuse not to. If Alloa have asked their players to do that then he should be doing it.

Don't necessarily agree with the guard of honour thing but if asked to do it by the club he plays for he should do it. Disrespectful to Alloa management as much as to The Rangers.

Shouldn't be doing a guard of honour at all in my opinion. If it was Dundee playing them I'd want the players to be concentrating on getting 3 points, not joining in with their party.

I don't think it's a question of a guard of honour being right or wrong, that's the club's call. It's about a player respecting his club's wishes and, more importantly, being sporting. As fans we have no such obligations, players do.
