Dundee manager Paul Hartley maintains his side will work on the mistakes which cost them dear against Inverness at the weekend as they prepare for their next match away to Hamilton.

Greg Stewart put the Dark Blues ahead in the first half but goals in the second from Billy McKay and Ryan Christie, the latter two minutes from the end, gave Caley Thistle victory.

It was rare from the Tayside club, who have been a tough nut to crack since their return to the top flight, and Hartley insists they will seek to put it right before they take on the Accies next.

He said: "It was a disappointing way to lose the game s o from that point of view, we will look to put it right.

"Both goals were poor and unlike us to be honest. It's up to us to look at that in training during the week and work on it so that it hopefully doesn't happen again.

"That's what we'll do and I know the lads will be keen to do so as well. I can never fault them in terms of attitude and commitment.

"In that sense, they have been different class this season. But you are always looking to do better and that's what we'll do."

Dundee face a tough trip to Hamilton and Hartley expects nothing other than a hard 90 minutes.

He said: "It's always the same at Hamilton. You know what you are getting.

"We will have to be prepared and we will be, that's for sure."
