Why do these continue to be such a problem to us? Any free kick, corner or cross ball into our box is a nightmare to me and I'm expecting a goal every time.

Is it our defenders and central defenders in particular not attacking the ball often enough? Are our defenders just not that good at winning high balls? Whatever it is, it needs to be sorted pronto if only for the future of my fingernails.

Anyone for a 6ft 6in centre half and going three at the back?

Both full backs are not aggressive enough. And the crosses come in far too easily. The centre halves yesterday had a tough game, and got no help from the full backs. We need better performances than that in this division.

It's high balls in towards the full backs that killed us yesterday. Both goals yesterday come from deep crosses towards our full backs - the first Mcginn is beaten all ends up by a high ball and the second Irvine lets Curier peel off him at the back post. Our full backs need to be stronger in the air.

It was Konrad who lost Curier mate.

Letheren would have saved it.

Brain is great at catching the ball. In the shot he tried to catch it.

Kyle is not so great, so he parries shots wide instead of catching them.

Double edged sword here, Bain still better tho.

Mcpake and Irvine are good at defending high balls IMO

McGinns strength is driving forward or someone running at him with ball where he holds his own

Unfortunately he tends to lose his runner quite a bit if the ball is coming into box and aerially isn't the strongest that said he has stepped up from Dumbarton very well so far

Konrad doesn't support Mcpake enough on cross balls he looks accomplished at times but doesn't really mix it and get in about CFs when it comes on top

CHs require to dominate there 18 yard box in the UK and TK has not adjusted to that style of play

A good football player but sometimes in SPL you need the type that throw bodies in front of ball and we need at least another 1 of these if we want some clean sheets and not like losing a goal everytime a ball is pumped into our box
