I'll still be there on Saturday.

Pointless game or not, bad spell or not, I support Dundee FC.

I think some people need to remember they do too.
It's possible to 'question', without viciously condemning.

As hard as it seems right now, this is when we the supporters really need to support the club and the players. We've done it in the past and I'm sure we can do it again.

When the dust settles on this cup disaster our love for DFC will shine through.

I will also be there, but don't think many will be joining me, I've also got my train ticket for Dingwall (not cheap), and will continue to support my team, I've seen far worse time, my OP was only asking the question re record low crowd, and if it would be a new record come Saturday

No worries VB, wasn't aimed at you, just a general call to arms.
We've lived through worse results.

Yes, there are genuine questions (and even concerns) to be asked and addressed about our lack of quality defence, and (although it seems to have gone missing in the last 12hrs) a very worrying truth that we are again sitting at the very start of the season, with injuries impacting our team.

Personally speaking, I think screaming at a man trying to do his job will never make that man do his job any better. Instead, it will breed resentment in that man.
Some seem to think that football players must be open game because *We pay their wages*...  An odd concept.
"You played a bad game off football! Therefore I am ENTITLED to make you feel like the lowest piece of excrement trodden into the sole of my shoe."
I may be going out on a limb here... but I don't think we don't NEED *fans* like that.

At times like these, although it's difficult, it is even MORE important that we get behind the team.
Yes, we can question, Yes we can critique, but out and out abuse helps no-one - it's a self-perpetuating cycle which will drag us down further and further.
We need actual fans of the club to show up on Saturday.

"Ask not what the club can do for you... but what you can do for your club..." (Support it!)

Here, here, Joe. That is spot on, was just saying to the wee lass that we might give Saturday a miss, but you are right! Count us in.

1612 three years ago against Inverness.

This Saturday will be different as its cup tie where we pretty much can't go through. We've never played in a game like that before.

I'll be there - my first game of the season.

Will also be buying a Rangers ticketarrow-10x10.png and I'm looking forward to Dingwall away.

People are forgetting that the league cup is basically just pre-season.
