Think the Gowser incident was blown out of proportion by our favourite journalist Liam Kennedy. Didn't seem that he was arguing but rather just trying to calm fans down.

The Dundee FC News Facebook page doesn't help things at all at times.

Couldn't wait to tell us McGowan was arguing with the fans (think it was one fan) and then posts the video up to be shared, laughed it and viewed by thousands of DABs.

Just stirs everyone up into a frenzy and makes an absolute mountain out of a molehill.

Agree with this.

He was even heard agreeing with fans the team had let them down.

Gowser did nothing wrong. I thought he came across as quite caring towards the situation and admitted it wasn't good enough.

The fan who was constantly shouting "F*****g S***e was a complete idiot. No need for that at all.

Totally agree. Dundee FC news page is sh**e. Poorly written posts and no insight offered. Up wi the bonnets is much better.

I honestly think you could come home from work - catch Mcgowan in bed wi your wife - and still shake his hand and say you`d played a blinder

If you have any suggestions on how it can be improved, why don't you message the page and suggest ideas.

Personally think that all the Facebook pages/groups are good. It allows individuals wherever they are in the world discussing and debating about Dundee and football in general - same as this forum and Dundee mad forum In regards to poorly written posts, that could be said about local press etc.. There could be a lot reasons due to this, you know that I started the DFC news page 6 years back now , I'm dyslexic, I can only apologise about poorly written posts from my stance, however can't speak for the other 7 that help on the page. However Facebook isn't the The Guardian or BBC news...

Together we the supporters saved this club twice, it shows how important supporters are to the club. The effort and spare time that is given to run/help on the pages/forums is fantastic and without them where you could you moan, debate and discuss ?

Anyway, suggestions are welcome as always
