Hmmm, Probably the Wedding Present as I'm a big fan, they toured a wee while back doing the 'George Best' album from track 1 which I thought was brilliant. Iron Maiden at the old Glasgow Apollo has to be right up there too. For completely different reasons though Gillan in the Caird Hall was memorable for this 14 year old as he had 'go go' dancer up on stage and the wee loincloths didn't cover much, I went home a happy boy.  :D

1st memorable gig was Iron Maiden at Edinburgh Playhouse, last night of 3, 1987 I think.

Others are ....

Beastie Boys HMH Amsterdam, Dec 2004 and probably still the best gig I have been to.

Beck, Paradiso Amsterdam Aug 2006 when he did the show with the band as puppets.

Flaming Lips, Paradiso Amsterdam Apr 2006.

Any of the 4 Sex Pistols gigs I have been to...

Loads of others from The The, The Specials, Paul Weller (too many to count over the years), Kasiabian, Libertines, Public Enemy, The Who, Arctic Monkeys...........

oh my word @@Misty what I would give to have seen The Jam. Refuse to go and see them without Weller. Same with The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. How can you have an Alex Harvey band without Eck!?

The View were always brilliant back in 2007, when we'd all cram into the Doghouse and the walls were sweating.

The Arctic Monkeys have been unreal every time I've seen them.

I didn't get The Stone Roses until I saw them at Glasgow Green. Pretty bloody brilliant live.

Green Day, The Kills and The Dead Weather were all ace.

Got Tickets for ACDC in June and crossing my fingers for another Springsteen tour! Hoping to see the Black Keys at some point too.
