Kennedys a dick but lets be honest here, our failure to get top 6 last season, being papped out the cup before August and near £400 season tickets not being bought means we need money. If players need sold or being told to leave then so be it.

The BoD have a duty to run within a strict budget and the teams failures will have an effect on this.

Kennedy was slaughtered for Hemmings clause thing a couple of months back and was ultimately proved right.

Maybe the loss to Peterhead and any revenue from a cup run was the last straw for the board (in terms of holding on to our best players)?

The guy doesn't usually post random gossip about the club. Have to admit I'm quite concerned by talk of a firesale. Things should become a bit clearer at this press conference this morning.

I don't think so. The fact that Hemmings didn't even travel to Peterhead tells me that deal was already done. And at that point we should have still easily qualified

Regardless of what is said Hemmings was going long before that shocking result in Peterhead. Judging by his reaction after the game Saturday he knew he was away.

What did he do after the game? Was on holiday so missed that one

I agree that the deal for Hemmings was probably in the pipeline for at least a few days but when there is talk of a 'firesale' the implication is that more players sales will follow. So on the back of the cup exit has the proverbial hit the fan, or is Liam Kennedy stirring things up again?

IF and its a big IF, there's to be a fire sale then I'm extremely worried. Harkins told he can go to free up wages, Hemmings goes in what looks like a cut price sale and Stewart rumoured to be off for peanuts. Scott Bain is probably our biggest asset now and cash wise he could net us a tidy amount but not too sure what we can command if this fire sale thing has any truth.

I'm worried that PH wont stick around if his long term plans are left in tatters.

Are the Americans, as has been rumoured, getting cold feet or has everything been blown out of proportion?.
