My MOM today. Looks to be getting fitter and sharper and starting to look like a player. Well chuffed with his display today after some of the stick he's had.

Didn't make any mistakes (couldn't say the same for Gowser), and his passes to pick out Williams' running on that left wing were phenomenal at times. Good deep lying playmaker to have, could be a real asset.

Gower did ok considering the time he's been out.

Oh aye, didn't mean that as the dig at Gowser, even if it sounded like it! Few hospital passes from him, but his tackling was solid and his presence on the pitch calms them down, he's definitely a leader and I'd be giving him the armband tbh. Just meant that as highly as we rate Gowser, Vincent had a better game today, so he's a class act!

The team were for the most part excellent today.
Gowser did indeed have a couple of dodgy passes, but he also had some point prefect ones.

Williams got off to a tricky start, and Hartley was at times SCREAMING at the team "FORWARD!!!" when we were getting the 5 yard box passing...
(Gotta ask, is it just me or does PH lose it a bit too much at Cammy??)

Holt almost got a goal!
But I had to bite my tongue when, with 8minutes on the clock, the ball went to Holt on the left, and before he had even taken as touch a voice from the back yelled. "Now come ON Holt, eh!?"

Agree re. Vincent today. Very impressive and I've been pretty critical of him up until now. Williams also looked a lot better as did Yordi. The new boys seem to be finally getting settled in!

No sure if he'd be my MOM today but after being pretty unimpressed so far, he looked much better today and his reading of the game was first class. The opposition were poor and all that, but much more like it.
