A few seats remaining for County this Saturday. Bus leaves the Athletic Bar at 10.00am and is £12 a head.

[There's no trains back because of works on the line for others who would usually be getting the train]

 

If there are no trains they'll use buses to substitute.

just phoned scotrail, the 20:15 train from inverness is scheduled to run as normal, why do people come on here and put up pysh

Did you ask about connecting trains from Dingwall to Inversnecky? Just checked and last train to connect with the 2015 is out of Dingwall at 1626.

You can get a bus from Dingwall to the Shneck that doesn't take too long.

You'll have to get off at Perth and if there's a delay of more than 3 minutes from Inv - Perth then you'll miss the train into Dundee.

there is a train at 19:19 and 19:41, both connect with the 20:15

I have did this train many times,if there is a delay, they hold back the Glasgow Aberdeen train, as they are obliged to get you back to where your ticket is for, I have sat on the Glasgow train in the past as its waited for connecting trains, and you have 4 minutes which is plenty of time

Just looked again on Trainline, if you type in Dingwall to Inverness the 1919 comes up. Type in Dingwall to Dundee and last option is 1626. Strange one but you're right the train is there.
