Is the game being shown online tomorrow?Woking till afternoon so won't make it.Have checked the website but can't see anything,might just need to wait till the preview,usually tells you there

Slightly different topic but related just the same. Is anyone having issues logging in to DeeTV since the web site was revamped? I am getting a wrong username/password message (although I'm convinced I'm using the right credentials). I've tried resetting the password a couple of times now but still haven't had a confirmation email. There's nothing on the website that tells you what to do now if you are having difficulties with the service. Any suggestions anyone?

Looks like I have the same problem logging in - "wrong username or password" but I know it's correct.

On another note, it was interesting having some commentary at the game last week. It would be good if they could also improve the picture quality soon as that's my biggest frustration with the service (along with not showing away games).

Hmm, I'm also sure I have the right details. Annoying that there is nothing on the site to tell you what to do if you still can't get logged in.

My mate (ahem) says that DEETV is available on the fire-sticks that are currently doing the rounds.

Can't test it at the moment as it's only available when they are live streaming but I'll let you know on Saturday evening after the RC game   

Watched the Tim game on the fire-stick last night as it wasn't available on TV and the quality was very good.

Likewise (as above)...eh cannae log in either.  I'm no' too worried at this time, because it will, eh'm sure be sorted..

Re-The Ross County game, I doubt very much if this will be streamed.  I don't think the streaming service  covers

away game... at this time         But two other points may be of interest

Firstly, immediately after last saturday's streamed game I sent PM to DFC, thanking them for added commentary

(which especially for me was appreciated). I received reply Monday.AM, thanking me for taking the time to PM,

while at the same time (hinting) it was their intention to do more work on DEETV to even further improve service.

I'm hoping it's only teething problems too Gedee. Like you I'm no too worried as I'll be at Dingwall tomorrow so won't be desperate to see the highlights but I'd like to see the PH interview asap

There's a bit on the new website about dee tv,saying that everyone needs to reset password etc 

 

Also it say this 

DeeTV members will be able to watch all the action from this weekend’s season opener at Ross County over the weekend. A full match replay will be available on Saturday evening as well as interviews and highlights which will follow.

Does this mean the game is being shown,or does all the action just mean the highlights and interviews?Doesn't make it 100% clear to me,maybe I'm just  being a spacer

When the TV streaming sevice first came into being ,by DFCSS, they included ALL games.

When DFC "procured" the streaming from them, initially they carried on the same way (&

this also included thecommentary) But in the passing of time, both things faded away
