Just read that Uniteds win last night means they have reached 15 consecutive domestic cup quarter finals, some stat that.

I know quarter finals don't win you anything, but at the very least it gives the club more revenue.

Why are we so very shyte in cups?

Because up until recently we have generally had some shyte teams and distinctly average players?

Aye well that could explain part of it!

There's been plenty times when we've been beaten by teams we really shouldn't have though, from as recent as this season and much further back. The Raith game at dens sticks out for me

There's no hoodoo to break with us and the cup competitions. We just need to step it up and get our fingers out.

This seasons LC exit is the worst of the lot considering the format and the group we were in though.

Made all the more frustrating by rattling six past Dumbarton and seven past Forfar.

In previous years we just weren't good enough. Now we're closer but can be world beaters one day and looking like relegation fodder the next.

If we can deliver some consistency, we'll do better.

They can get to as many QF, Semis etc as they want.

They have Dumbarton away this week we have Rangers at Home.

Get Doon.

Good point that.

What would you rather have - 3 points this weekend or still be in the LC?

Cup final under Duffy, semi under Kerno, QF under Rae, 2 QFs under Jocky, QF under Brown, QF under Hartley.

Considering the teams we've had, we've done ok.

Hartley has been unlucky with Scottish Cup draws. Hopefully that will change this season.

Hartley's record in the Cups is dreadful. Did anybody ask him about this at the Q&A last week?

Duffy actually got us to 2  finals and a semi final I think.
