We seem to be struggling to bring in a dominant centre half of sufficient quality, think PH is doing the right thing in waiting till the right man becomes available, it could be that he has identified a target but needs to free up some money first. The wage bill must be drastically reduced now with Kane, Greg and Garry away, plus some cash from the transfers, so maybe we will see something happening soon.

Look light in the FB areas, young Cammy will do a job for a while but I would worry if he was our sole RB all season.

RB's Cammy's to lose now, if he's not performing then O'Hara has a good bit of experience playing RB at Killie. It's obviously not ideal as he's looked so good in midfield but at least there's an option there.

I agree with your point above .... "think PH is doing the right thing in waiting till the right man becomes available"

It can be frustrating at times, but I think that's PH's greatest strength ... He will no be rushed. I know, more than

just a few, think he can be stubborn, & agree it does seem at times he is. But I also see him  as a man who has

self-belief. He's still a bit to go before he is perfect, but (imo) perfection is what he strives for. Not to be 2nd best.

Its not quite that simple though, pulling numbers out my hoop, say we've freed up 10K for wages, if we got 2 players in on 5K a week there might be a fair few boys on 1 to 2 K a week that will take the hump. Its a juggling act for a manager.

I'd be happy with some new additions but I thought our bench was really strong last week. El Bak, Ross, Yordi, Mitchell, CW, Gadz and Curran.

Personally, I think we're lacking cover at the back but I'm pretty happy across the rest of the squad but I suppose it comes down to opinions.
